Sean “Diddy” Combs sued by former child actor over 2007 sexual assault
A former child actor filed a civil lawsuit in California accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of a sexual assault that allegedly occurred in May 2007 at a networking gathering in Hollywood Hills. The complaint says the minor was taken to a private room, offered alcohol, and was inappropriately touched; the plaintiff alleges Combs removed his pants, touched his genitals and performed oral sex.
The lawsuit was filed under the pseudonym “John YH Roe.” Combs’ spokesperson rejected the allegations, calling them “false” and saying they will be disproved in court. Combs is currently serving a more‑than‑four‑year federal prison sentence after a New York conviction on charges related to prostitution and is appealing that judgment. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is also reviewing a separate sexual‑assault case involving Combs.
