Sean “Diddy” Combs sued over alleged 2007 sexual assault of child actor

A lawsuit filed in 2024 alleges that Sean “Diddy” Combs sexually assaulted a male child actor at a Hollywood Hills party in May 2007. The plaintiff says Combs invited him under the pretext of a networking event, offered alcohol, and then performed oral sex while pleasuring himself. The suit claims Combs knew the act was wrong after the victim expressed discomfort, and that he later promised career opportunities. Combs’ attorney, Juda Engelmayer, denied the allegations, calling the claim a “money grab” and stating that Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone, including a child.

The lawsuit adds Combs’ agents to the complaint, accusing them of creating events designed to give the defendant access to minors. The case follows Combs’ recent 50‑month prison sentence for prostitution‑related charges, which has not deterred additional civil actions.
