Sean “Diddy” Combs sued over alleged sexual assault and medical‑record dispute

Music entrepreneur Sean Combs, known as Diddy, is facing two separate civil lawsuits in the United States. One suit, filed by music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, alleges that Combs sexually assaulted him and seeks $30 million in damages. Jones also demands Combs turn over his medical records, which Combs’ legal team says the request is improper and violates privacy regulations. The court has previously dismissed many of Jones’s claims.

A second lawsuit was filed in California by an unidentified former child actor who claims Combs assaulted him during a 2007 networking event in the Hollywood Hills. The complaint describes the alleged conduct as “outrageous” and says it caused severe emotional distress. Combs’ representatives have denied all allegations, calling them false and a profit‑driven attempt to exploit his fame.

Both cases are ongoing, with Combs maintaining his innocence while his attorneys characterize the lawsuits as frivolous and a bid for publicity.
