Sean Feucht faces amended fraud lawsuit over $250,000 donation

Christian worship leader Sean Feucht is facing an amended federal lawsuit involving allegations of fraud. Steve Bray, an Orange County businessman and philanthropist, claims Feucht solicited a $250,000 donation for the 2023 ‘Kingdom to Capitol Tour’ despite the tour already being fully financed by Turning Point USA.

A federal judge previously dismissed the initial lawsuit due to a lack of specific evidence but allowed Bray 20 days to file an amended complaint with more detailed proof. Bray alleges that after agreeing to fund five tour stops, he discovered the tour had already secured full funding.

A spokesperson for Feucht stated that all funds donated to the tour were used for their intended purpose and expressed confidence that the case would be dismissed. Feucht previously celebrated an earlier dismissal as a ‘day of vindication’ on social media.
