Sean Harmon to guest star in NCIS: Origins season 3

Sean Harmon will guest star in the second episode of season 3 of ‘NCIS: Origins’, titled ‘My Own Worst Enemy’. While Harmon previously portrayed the younger version of Leroy Jethro Gibbs in the original series, he will not be reprising that specific role for the prequel. Instead, he has been cast as FBI Agent Casey Bloom.

The episode, scheduled to air on Tuesday, October 13, features a dual narrative. In the present day, Gibbs, played by Mark Harmon, travels to California to seek assistance from an old friend, Woody, played by Bobby Moynihan. In the 1992 timeline, the team works to assist Woody after he is accused of murdering a bowling rival.

Mark Harmon continues to serve as an executive producer and narrator for the series, with appearances in every episode of the third season. Sean Harmon, who also serves as an executive producer, previously declined to play the young Gibbs in the prequel series to focus on other professional interests.
