UFC fighters Sean Strickland, Francis Ngannou, and Jamahal Hill have been seen training together at the Xtreme Couture gym in Las Vegas. Recent footage shows Strickland sparring with Ngannou, a former heavyweight champion, a partnership that has reportedly existed for several years. Coach Eric Nicksick noted that Strickland seeks out Ngannou to test himself against the heavyweight threat.
Additionally, footage has surfaced of Ngannou sparring with Jamahal Hill. Hill, a former light heavyweight champion, has expressed intentions to move up to the heavyweight division. Hill has indicated a desire to compete against top-five heavyweights, specifically naming Josh Hokit as a preferred next opponent to showcase his aggressive fighting style in the larger weight class.
