Seara expands food portfolio for year-end celebrations

Seara, a brand under JBS, is utilizing its production facilities and distribution centers in Santa Catarina, Brazil, to supply food products for year-end holiday celebrations across the country. The operation includes organic Fiesta poultry produced in São José, pork cuts from the Seara unit, and a major distribution center located in Itajaí.

To meet changing consumer habits, the company has expanded its portfolio to include items such as Fiesta breast specifically developed for air fryer preparation. The product range for the season includes poultry, turkeys, pork cuts, ready-to-eat meals, Seara Gourmet products, and plant-based protein options.

Marketing Director Rafael Palmer noted that the strategy aims to accommodate diverse celebration styles, ranging from traditional family feasts to smaller gatherings. This shift aligns with demographic trends in Brazil, where the number of single-person households has increased significantly over the last decade.
