José Enrique Cabrera Santana, 39, was reported missing after leaving his home in Santo Domingo Este on Friday morning to go to work in the Distrito Nacional. He was last seen around 6:30 a.m. and later playing dominoes with friends in the Barrio Carola area. According to his father, Cabrera left the gathering near midnight and never returned home. He was traveling in a Kia K5 (license plate A993860).
