Seargin grows to 1,000 employees through organic IT expansion

Seargin, a Polish IT company specializing in ERP system implementation and maintenance, has grown from three employees in 2014 to nearly 1,000 staff members. The company reports revenues exceeding 200 million PLN.

Co-founder Jakub Wojewski, who has no formal programming background, noted that the firm has achieved growth exclusively through organic means without external investors or loans. Seargin currently operates companies in Poland, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, the United States, and Malaysia, with potential future expansions into India, Mexico, and Australia.
