Seasonal autumn menus launched by bakeries in UK and US

Various bakeries are introducing seasonal autumn menus and themed offerings.

In the United Kingdom, the French artisan bakery PAUL has launched a new line of seasonal treats across its 31 locations in London, Oxford, and Reading. The menu includes items such as Tiramisu Millefeuille, Cherry and Pistachio Éclairs, and a Dubai Raspberry Cake Slice. Beverage options feature a Crème Brûlée Latte and a Maple Pecan Matcha Latte.

In Syracuse, New York, The Clerk’s House bakery, located in a restored 100-year-old cottage on Onondaga Hill, is offering autumn-themed items. Owned by Dan and Theresa Seeley, the café serves seasonal specialties including a “Poison Apple Matcha” and homemade squash and red onion focaccia, alongside apple crumb buns.
