Seasonal culinary updates in the Balkan region

New culinary offerings and recipes are emerging in the region. In Zagreb, Chef Ana Grgić Tomić has introduced a new seasonal à la carte menu at Le Bistro, featuring bold combinations such as rabbit confit with porcini cream, black pig cutlets with truffles, and cheesecake made from Pag cheese with roasted black grapes.

Additionally, a recipe for creamy cauliflower with cheese and mushrooms has been shared, featuring a béchamel sauce with parmesan and mozzarella, combined with sautéed mushrooms and garlic.
