Seattle Seahawks RB Jadarian Price ruled out for Week 4

Seattle Seahawks rookie running back Jadarian Price has been ruled out for the Week 4 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers after re-aggravating a chest injury during practice. Head coach Mike Macdonald noted that while Price played through the injury in previous weeks, the aggravation necessitates his absence, though it is currently unclear if the injury will have long-term implications.

To address the vacancy in the backfield, the Seahawks will rely on Emanuel Wilson and George Holani, who are the only running backs currently on the 53-man roster. The team is expected to elevate players from the practice squad to provide depth. Wilson has led the team in rushing attempts this season, though Price has maintained a higher average of 4.3 yards per attempt compared to Wilson and Holani.

Other injury updates for Seattle include Ty Okada, who is questionable with a hamstring injury, and special teams player Chazz Surratt, who is also listed as questionable. Starting safety Julian Love is expected to return to the lineup after missing the previous game due to calf tightness.
