Seattle Seahawks to implement Dolby Vision for team streaming

The Seattle Seahawks are set to become the first NFL team to integrate Dolby OptiView with Dolby Vision into its own digital streaming experience. Starting with the 2026 preseason, games streamed via the Seahawks Mobile App and Seahawks.com will utilize this technology to provide enhanced visuals, including brighter highlights, deeper contrast, and richer color on compatible devices.

In addition to team-specific platforms, local preseason viewers can access Dolby Vision through KING 5 using ATSC 3.0 on compatible equipment. The implementation aims to offer lower latency and a more immersive experience for fans, though the team has not specified if the streams will be delivered in 4K resolution.
