Sebastian Limata proposes reusable cutlery kits to reduce mountain waste
Agronomist Sebastian Limata, a provincial official for Forza Italia, has proposed the use of personal multi-use cutlery kits to combat the increase of waste in mountain areas, specifically targeting the Taburno region.
Limata noted that the Taburno area faces complex waste management challenges due to multiple access roads from various municipalities, which can lead to administrative disputes over jurisdiction. The issue has been exacerbated by high temperatures and increased tourism during the summer, placing greater pressure on the local environment. Limata emphasized that while increased tourism is positive, it must be paired with responsible behavior and adequate management to prevent waste from becoming an emergency.
