Sebastian Walcott hits home runs in four consecutive games
Sebastian Walcott, a top Bahamian baseball prospect, has hit a home run in four consecutive games for the double-A Frisco Roughriders. During a recent game against Amarillo, Walcott went 2-4 with a walk and a home run.
Since returning from elbow surgery, the 20-year-old has maintained a .310 batting average with six home runs and 15 RBIs in 28 games with Frisco. Including his rehab assignment, his season statistics stand at a .325 average with eight home runs and a 1.037 OPS. Walcott is currently ranked as the number one prospect for the Texas Rangers and the ninth overall prospect in Major League Baseball.
