Sebastián Molano joins Lotto-Intermarché after eight years with UAE Team Emirates

Colombian sprinter Sebastián Molano will join the Belgian World Tour team Lotto-Intermarché, ending an eight-season tenure with UAE Team Emirates. Molano has signed a contract that will see him ride for the Belgian outfit through December 2028.

During his time with UAE Team Emirates, Molano secured numerous victories, including stage wins at the Vuelta a España and the UAE Tour, as well as titles at Brugge-De Panne and the Grand Prix de Denain.

Molano stated that the move is intended to provide a change of scenery and allow him to reclaim his role as a primary sprinter. He expressed a desire to seek more individual opportunities and lead finishes within the new team structure.
