Sebeș launches large‑scale bulky and textile waste collection in August

The Municipality of Sebeș is running a campaign from 3 to 19 August 2026 to collect bulky waste and textiles. Collection points operate daily between 08:30 and 16:30 at several locations, including the Mihail Kogălniceanu neighbourhood, the former thermal plant area in Lucian Blaga, the Arini park stadium parking, Lancrăm cultural centre, Petrești cultural centre, and the Răhău cultural centre.

Accepted bulky items range from furniture, appliances and building fixtures to large sanitary devices, while textiles include worn clothing, bedding and household fabrics. The municipality explicitly excludes residual, recyclable, construction, vegetable waste, electronic equipment, hazardous‑stained textiles and construction debris.
