Sebrae launches leadership training programs in Brazil

Sebrae is launching the ‘Lidere’ leadership training program in different Brazilian regions to support entrepreneurs and small business managers in developing high-performance teams.

In São Paulo, Sebrae-SP, in partnership with the Associação Comercial e de Inovação de Marília (ACIM), is offering an immersion course in Marília. The program includes 32 hours of in-person content and four individual coaching sessions. It focuses on strategic decision-making, talent recognition, and behavioral mapping using the FACET-5 tool.

In Mato Grosso do Sul, Sebrae/MS is hosting the first edition of the Lidere course in Campo Grande. The training consists of 32 class hours, including workshops on self-leadership, emotional intelligence, and results-oriented management. Participants also receive four personalized consultancy sessions to help align team goals and improve productivity.
