Sebrae/MT hosts Inteiras para Liderar event in Mato Grosso

The fourth edition of Inteiras para Liderar, an initiative by the Service for Support to Micro and Small Enterprises of the State of Mato Grosso (Sebrae/MT), took place at the Centro de Eventos do Pantanal. The event gathered over two thousand women from various regions of the state to discuss self-knowledge, overcoming challenges, and business leadership.

The program featured several speakers, including journalist Laine Valgas on self-knowledge and financial specialist Leandro Trajano on the use of Artificial Intelligence in personal finance. Presenter and entrepreneur Ana Hickmann delivered a closing lecture regarding female empowerment and the importance of women asserting their own identities and happiness.

In addition to keynote speeches, the event included panels on entrepreneurship and motherhood, as well as a fair featuring 31 exhibitors across sectors such as fashion, technology, cosmetics, and food. The initiative aims to strengthen female entrepreneurship for both current business owners and those seeking to start their entrepreneurial journeys.
