The Southeastern Conference (SEC) has announced its weekly soccer honors, naming Eva Pattison of Auburn and Lena Bailey of Florida as the Defensive and Offensive Players of the Week, respectively.

Eva Pattison earned defensive honors following Auburn’s 2-0 shutout victory against No. 20 Oklahoma. Pattison played the full 90 minutes and provided a key assist to Dylan Driver to secure the win. The victory marked Auburn’s first time defeating consecutive ranked opponents during a regular season since 2015.

Lena Bailey was named offensive player of the week after scoring a decisive goal with 93 seconds remaining in Florida’s 1-0 win over No. 5 Alabama. The strike from the top of the penalty area handed Alabama its first SEC loss of the season.
