Bahrain and Saudi airports receive major ACI recognitions

Bahrain International Airport has received four prestigious recognitions from the Airports Council International (ACI) at the Global Airport Experience Summit. These accolades include Level 5 Customer Experience accreditation for the second consecutive year, the award for Best Airport in the World for Access Services, renewal of Public Health and Safety Readiness accreditation, and Level 2 accreditation for enhancing accessibility for 2026.

In Saudi Arabia, King Abdulaziz International Airport achieved Level 4 Customer Experience accreditation from ACI World. This recognition follows an evaluation of eight key areas, including passenger requirement understanding, operational improvements, and service culture. The airport also received the Public Health and Safety Readiness (PHSR) certificate, confirming its compliance with international standards for managing health emergencies and ensuring passenger safety.
