Secture acquires Bisiesto to expand digital technology capabilities
Spanish technology company Secture has acquired the studio Bisiesto to strengthen its digital product development capabilities. The deal, which was finalized on September 29 after six months of coordination, involves a cross-shareholding structure where Bisiesto's partners receive a 10% stake in Secture.
As part of the leadership transition, Miguel Sanz, formerly a partner at Bisiesto, will serve as co-CEO alongside Secture's current CEO, Toño Huerta. The combined group, which also includes Relajaelcoco, currently reports a turnover exceeding 5.5 million euros and aims to reach 6.5 million euros by 2027. The long-term strategic goal is to achieve a turnover of 10 million euros before 2030.
Secture, which is linked to projects such as LaLiga Fantasy and the Aquaservice digital platform, plans to hire between 10 and 15 new professionals over the next year to bolster its expertise in artificial intelligence and technology. The company currently employs over 80 people across offices in Madrid and Valencia, with approximately 20% of its business coming from international markets.
