Securitize shares hit 52-week high amid analyst upgrades

Securitize Holdings (SECZ) shares reached a new 52-week high following a series of analyst upgrades and positive sentiment regarding the tokenization of real-world assets. Benchmark initiated coverage with a ‘buy’ rating and a $16 target price, describing the company as a ‘picks and shovels’ provider for the blockchain-based financial infrastructure market.

Securitize currently controls approximately 70% of the US tokenization market and maintains a significant relationship with BlackRock’s BUIDL fund. Other financial institutions, including Rosenblatt Securities, Cantor Fitzgerald, and Citigroup, have also issued positive ratings or price targets for the stock.

The company is pursuing a public listing on Nasdaq through a merger with Cantor Equity Partners II. Its operations include providing infrastructure for issuing and trading tokenized securities, supported by a partnership with the New York Stock Exchange to develop trading systems for tokenized stocks and ETFs.
