Sedapal announces scheduled water cuts in Lima and Callao

Sedapal, the water and sewage service provider for Lima and Callao, has announced scheduled water supply interruptions for Wednesday, September 23. The service disruptions are due to essential maintenance, including reservoir cleaning and pipe splicing, aimed at optimizing water infrastructure and improving service quality.

Various districts and sectors will be affected, including areas in Comas, La Molina, and Cercado. Specific locations mentioned include Urbanización Las Praderas, Urbanización Portada del Sol, and several residential associations (A.H.) such as Lampa de Oro and Los Jazmines de Palao. To mitigate the impact, Sedapal plans to distribute water via tanker trucks at strategic points in the most affected zones. Residents are advised to manage their stored water responsibly and monitor official channels for specific schedules.
