SEER supports community after student death at Pedro Vallejo high school

The Sistema Educativo Estatal Regular (SEER) is providing support to the educational community of the Profesor Pedro Vallejo high school following the death of a student. SEER issued condolences to the family and the school community, stating that the institution followed established school safety protocols by immediately notifying the student's parents when they felt unwell, allowing them to seek medical attention.

SEER has requested that the public avoid spreading unverified information and wait for the State Attorney General's Office (FGE) to clarify the facts. The agency has committed to providing all necessary information to the investigation.

To ensure safe school environments, SEER maintains ongoing informative sessions involving students, teachers, and parents. These sessions cover topics such as drug prevention, suicide prevention, and bullying, with participation from the State Civil Guard, IMSS, Temazcalli, and firefighters.
