Seferihisar Municipality to release Bokashi balls at Akarca Beach

Seferihisar Municipality is organizing an environmental event at Akarca Beach to mark World Bokashi Day. The initiative involves releasing Bokashi balls—made from natural materials and beneficial microorganisms—into the sea to support the marine ecosystem.

The project aims to promote the Bokashi application and increase public awareness regarding the protection of seas and coastal areas. Seferihisar Deputy Mayor Fuat Gümüş invited residents to participate, emphasizing the importance of collective action to preserve the region's natural wealth and encouraging younger generations to take responsibility for environmental conservation.
