Sega announces Bayonetta joining Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds

Sega has announced that Bayonetta will join the roster of Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds as the first free character update for the game’s second year of content. The update will include the character, the ‘Butterfly Witch’ machine, and special emotes and sounds.

In addition to the free Bayonetta content, Sega revealed details for Season Pass 2, which features paid DLC packs. These include a Godzilla pack, featuring the ‘Godzilla Escape’ track and vehicles like the ‘Godzilla Cruiser,’ and an Evangelion pack, which introduces the ‘Tokyo-III’ track along with playable characters Rei Ayanami and Asuka Shikinami Langley.

Further details regarding Year Two content and additional collaboration characters are expected to be revealed during the World Championship Finals and Year Two Showcase livestream on October 9 or 10.
