Sega updates Persona 5: The Phantom X with new event and character

Sega has released the Ver. 4.8 update for the mobile and PC RPG ‘Persona 5: The Phantom X’. The update introduces a new event titled ‘Shining Youth! Full Speed Sports Festival’, where players navigate between reality and an alternate world to ensure the success of a school sports festival.

The update also features the debut of a new 5-star character, Kumimi Katayama, a lightning-attribute character designed to reduce enemy down values regardless of their attributes. Additionally, new synergy stories for Kumimi Katayama and Yui Matsukata have been added to the game.

To celebrate the update, Sega is running several campaigns, including login bonuses that provide ‘Platinum Milli Coins’, and special gifts such as frames and business card designs to commemorate the new school term.
