Segura Basque Country Dance Competition celebrates 50th anniversary

The Segura Basque Country Dance Competition is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year with a special golden program. The event, which is scheduled for October 17, aims to serve as a tribute to all dancers.

Local authorities and cultural representatives recently held a presentation for the upcoming edition. Due to rain during the presentation, the event was moved to the entrance of the church. Organizers have also announced changes to the schedule, including a 12:00 start time and the installation of a giant screen at the old fronton to ensure spectators can follow the competition.
