Sehore youth raise employment and infrastructure concerns at dialogue summit

During a Yuva Samvad Sammelan held at Lisa Talkies ground in Sehore, hundreds of local youths engaged in a dialogue with political leaders and community figures regarding regional development and employment. The event featured MLA Sudesh Rai, preacher Pandit Pradeep Mishra, and actor Akhilendra Mishra.

Participants raised several critical issues, including the need for a local employment portal to connect regional companies with youth and the implementation of annual skill mapping. Other concerns included the demand for free coaching, test series, and libraries for government job preparation, as well as difficulties regarding police verification processes for selected candidates.

Infrastructure and social welfare were also central to the discussion. Youths highlighted the poor condition of the Shampur road, the lack of drinking water and restrooms at the PG College ground, and the high cost of bus fares for female students traveling from villages. They suggested providing bus fare discounts via student ID cards and requested a monthly scheduled meeting with the MLA to address ongoing grievances.
