Seibu Lions' Lin An-ke hits sixth home run to tie game
Taiwanese power hitter Lin An-ke of Japan's Seibu Lions struck his sixth home run of the 2026 season in the fourth inning against the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks on July 24. Facing pitcher Uesaka Daiga, he timed a 144 km/h fastball and sent the ball over the right‑field wall, tying the contest at 3‑3. The blast came as thunder rolled over the Belluna Dome, but Seibu fans erupted in cheers that drowned out the rumble.
The homer marked Lin's sixth of the season and his fourth in July, contributing to a strong comeback after Seibu trailed by two runs earlier in the inning. At the time of reporting, SoftBank held a 7‑3 lead in the seventh inning.
