Seibu Railway transfers 101 series train sets between lines

Seibu Railway conducted a rolling stock exchange between the Sayama Line and the Tamagawa Line on September 12 and 13, 2026.

As part of this transfer, the New 101 series set 1251F was moved from the Sayama Line to the Tamagawa Line and assigned to the Tamagawajousui Depot. Conversely, set 1253F was transferred from the Tamagawa Line to the Sayama Line and assigned to the Kotesashi Depot.

During this period, special headmarks commemorating the 'Showa 100th Year' were also observed on the Tamagawa Line.
