Several luxury watchmakers have announced new product expansions and technical advancements.
Seiko has expanded its Prospex Speedtimer collection with four new mechanical models. The lineup includes two automatic chronograph models (HBD001 and HBD002) featuring 42mm stainless steel cases and the calibre 8R48 movement, as well as two three-hand date watches (HBC003 and HBC004) with 39.5mm cases and the calibre 6R55 movement.
Additionally, Seiko is preparing to release a limited-edition Astron chronograph powered by the 5X63 caliber in June 2026. This movement integrates dual-time functionality, a 24-hour chronograph, and GPS synchronization across 38 time zones into a single architecture.
Zenith has introduced the Chronomaster Solo Sport, a high-frequency three-hand sports watch. Utilizing the El Primero 3620 automatic movement, the timepiece features a 40mm steel case, a ceramic bezel, and a 60-hour power reserve. The collection includes various dial options, including white, black, and brown, with a specialized black version without a date window.
