Seiko launches 5 Sports Field GMT watch with green and ivory dials

Seiko has added a new model to its 5 Sports line, the Seiko 5 Sports Field GMT. The watch is offered in two versions: the HDB001K with a green dial and the HDB002K with an ivory (marfil) dial. Both models feature a 39.4 mm stainless‑steel case, a fixed steel bezel marked for a 24‑hour GMT scale, an orange‑handed hour hand, and 100 m water resistance.

The watches are powered by Seiko’s in‑house 4R34 automatic calibre, providing a 41‑hour power reserve and an accuracy range of –34 to +45 seconds per day. Additional details include brushed finishes, luminous indices, a five‑link bracelet, and design cues intended for outdoor and summer use. The Field GMT continues Seiko’s strategy of offering reliable mechanical watches at a relatively affordable price point.
