Seiko releases limited Evangelion EVA-02 Diver's Watch

Seiko and the official Evangelion project RADIO EVA have released the second installment of their collaboration: the EVA-02 Diver's Watch. This limited edition release is restricted to 400 units.

The timepiece is based on a classic Seiko diver's design, featuring a 45mm black-plated stainless steel case and 200m water resistance. The design is heavily inspired by the Evangelion Unit-02, utilizing a red and black color scheme. Notable details include a second hand shaped like the Spear of Longinus, the Unit-02 head design at the 12 o'clock position, and green accents at the 2, 4, 8, and 10 o'clock positions to represent the unit's eyes. The dial also features a hexagonal pattern reminiscent of the series' AT Field.

Technical specifications include a Caliber 4R36 mechanical automatic movement with a 41-hour power reserve, a silicone strap, and Hardlex crystal. The watch is priced at 132,000 yen.
