Seinfra repairs roads and drains in dozens of João Pessoa neighborhoods

The João Pessoa Secretariat of Infrastructure (Seinfra) carried out daily maintenance operations across the city. On Wednesday the crews worked in 35 neighborhoods, fixing potholes, clearing drainage galleries and maintaining street lighting. The following Monday, Seinfra began a week‑long program covering 28 neighborhoods with similar activities, including road resurfacing, drainage de‑obstruction, and lamp post repairs. Residents can request these services through the mobile app “João Pessoa na Palma da Mão,” which is available for free on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

These municipal actions aim to improve the urban road network and prevent flooding during the rainy season by regularly cleaning and extending the drainage system.
