Seiryo Junior High wins All Japan Junior Rubber-Ball Baseball Tournament

Seiryo Junior High School, representing the Hokushinetsu region, won the 43rd All Japan Junior Rubber-Ball Baseball ENEOS Tournament. The final match was held at Yokohama Stadium on August 14.

Seiryo secured a 9–0 victory against Nansei Junior High School, the representative from Okinawa. The win was achieved through a relief no-hitter, marking the school's fifth championship title and their first in five years.
