Seitai LIGHT Sendai launches autumn posture and neck check campaign

Seitai LIGHT Sendai Hapina Nakagicho, located in Aoba Ward, Sendai, will hold an ‘Autumn Neck, Shoulder, and Posture Check Campaign’ from September 15 to October 31, 2026.

The campaign is designed for individuals concerned about neck stiffness, shoulder pain, poor posture, rounded shoulders, or ‘smartphone neck.’ During the sessions, practitioners will assess neck movement, shoulder position, scapular mobility, and the condition of the back and rib cage.

In addition to physical assessments, the clinic will provide personalized self-care suggestions tailored to each individual's lifestyle and environment, such as desk work or smartphone usage. The initiative aims to help desk workers and others re-evaluate their physical habits to prevent discomfort caused by prolonged static postures.
