Sejong Career Education Center to host mock interview camp

The Sejong Career Education Center has announced the operation of a mock interview camp for high school seniors preparing for the 2027 university admissions process. Running from October 27 to November 25, the program is designed for students who have passed the first stage of admissions for universities that utilize prompt-based interviews, such as Seoul National University, Yonsei University, and Korea University.

The camp will simulate actual university interview formats, including specific preparation and response times tailored to each institution. Students will prepare answers based on subject-specific prompts and undergo mock interviews conducted by two evaluators, including teachers from the university admissions support group. Following each session, participants will receive 15 minutes of individual feedback to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Moon Min-sik, Director of the Career Education Center, stated that the initiative aims to help students build confidence and reduce the pressure associated with prompt-based interviews. The program is part of an effort to strengthen public education support and reduce reliance on private education.
