Sekyo launches AI-powered smartwatch for kids in India

Sekyo has launched the Sekyo Neo AI in India, marketed as the country’s first AI-powered smartwatch designed specifically for children. Available through the official Sekyo website and Amazon India at an introductory price of INR 8,460, the device is positioned as a tool for both safety and education.

The smartwatch features an ‘AI Learning Coach’ capable of solving math problems, answering general knowledge questions, and generating simple images. It also includes educational games, a calculator, and a ‘Good Habit Coach’ to assist with scheduling study, play, and sleep times.

For safety and parental oversight, the device includes real-time GPS tracking, route history, and ‘Safe Zone Alerts’ that notify parents if a child exits a designated area. Emergency features include a 1-Click SOS function and remote monitoring capabilities, such as the ability to capture photos or listen in via a smartphone. The watch supports 4G video calling, voice messaging, and a secure ‘Family Group Chat.’
