Selena Gomez sells Encino villa for $5.4 million

Selena Gomez has sold her luxury villa in Encino, California, for $5.4 million. The sale, finalized on Tuesday, marks a decrease from the $6.5 million asking price when the property was first listed in May.

The residence, which Gomez purchased in 2020 for approximately $4.89 million, features six bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and roughly 1,068 square meters of living space. Notable amenities include a professional kitchen—the filming location for her cooking series ‘Selena + Chef’—a wine cellar, a massage room, a media room, and a dedicated styling room.

The property was previously owned by the late rock musician Tom Petty, who sold it in 2017. This sale follows Gomez’s recent acquisition of a $35 million luxury estate in Beverly Hills in late 2024.
