Selena Gomez sells luxury Los Angeles estate

Selena Gomez has sold her luxury estate in the Encino neighborhood of Los Angeles for approximately $5.4 million. The property, located in Rancho Estates, was originally built in the late 1980s for musician Tom Petty and his wife, Jane Benyo.

The residence features approximately 11,500 square feet of living space, including six bedrooms and ten bathrooms. Notable amenities include a large kitchen used as the set for the culinary show ‘Selena + Chef’, a music studio, a gym, a massage room, an office, and a glam room. The outdoor area includes a pool, a spa zone, and a cabana with a bar.

Gomez purchased the home in 2020 for roughly $4.9 million, resulting in a profit of approximately $500,000 upon its sale. The property was initially listed on the market for $6.5 million in May before finding a buyer.
