Selendi State Hospital appoints new administrative leaders

Ümit Sezer has been appointed as the Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs at Selendi State Hospital in Manisa Province, Turkey. İlknur Doğraroğlu will serve as Deputy Director of the same department. Both officials were born and raised in Selendi; Sezer began his health‑care career as a nurse in 2011 and has worked in hospitals across Iğdır, Kütahya and Zonguldak before returning to his hometown in 2023. Doğraroğlu, a former head nurse at the hospital, joined the staff in 1993 and later advanced to senior roles. Sezer said, "I am proud to serve my hometown again and will work with my team to raise the quality of our services for the citizens," while Doğraroğlu expressed a similar commitment to improving patient care. The new management is expected to strengthen the hospital’s administrative structure and enhance the quality of health services for the local community.
