Selinunte Estate 2026 showcases theatre productions and a Pink Floyd tribute in Sicily

The archaeological park of Selinunte in Sicily is staging a series of cultural events as part of Selinunte Estate 2026. On 31 July the theatre piece “Il Regno del Disordine”, produced by the international nonprofit Our Voice – APS Extasia and the multidisciplinary Extasia Compagnia Artistica, opens at the temple complex. The production blends music, dance and visual art to explore themes of power, labor and secrecy, with original scores by Fabrizio Fortunato and Chiara Bruno and choreography by Simona Mulia.

A week later, on 9 August, the tribute band Inside Out Pink Floyd performs a full‑length Pink Floyd program at the Temple of Hera. The concert features laser lighting and video‑mapping on the ancient columns, recreating iconic tracks such as “Shine On You Crazy Diamond” and “Comfortably Numb”. Both events are part of a broader open‑call program curated by park director Felice Crescente and CoopCulture, which includes dozens of concerts, dance, theatre and talks throughout the summer.

Tickets range from €15 to €33 and can be purchased online. The programme aims to merge historic heritage with contemporary artistic expression, drawing both local audiences and visitors to the coastal heritage site.
