The facility is being developed through a partnership between the Turkish Ministry of Interior, the Konya Governorship, the Konya Provincial Police Department, and the Selçuklu Municipality. Designed to reflect Seljuk architectural heritage, the building will be situated on approximately 4,000 square meters of land provided by the Metropolitan Municipality.
