La Paz municipal government and INSUS launch land regularization program

The municipal government of La Paz, in coordination with the National Institute for Sustainable Land (INSUS), has initiated a program to regularize land ownership in the Libertad and 20 de Mayo neighborhoods.

During informative assemblies, municipal president Martha Guerrero Sánchez and INSUS director general Víctor Rubén Guzmán Dagnino announced that the program includes discounts of up to 70 percent on municipal procedures. The initiative aims to legalize 60 percent of the irregular zone in the area. Officials urged citizens to handle all legalizations personally to avoid fraud.
