Semenyih: Two people found dead in parked car

A man and a woman were found dead inside a parked Hyundai Atos in Semenyih, Selangor, Malaysia. The bodies were discovered on Tuesday, August 25, after bystanders noticed an old grey car had remained stationary in a public parking lot opposite a supermarket in Vista Valley for several days.

The victims, a 48-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman, were found in the front seats of the vehicle. According to Kajang District Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Naazron Abdul Yusof, the two individuals were acquaintances who had been missing from their homes and out of contact with their families for several days prior to the discovery.

Police received the report at 3:54 PM on Wednesday, August 26. While the exact cause of death and the specific relationship between the two individuals remain under investigation, authorities noted there were no immediate signs of foul play.
