Semiconductor firms DB HiTek and ROHM to showcase tech at electronica India

Semiconductor manufacturers DB HiTek and ROHM are set to showcase their technologies at electronica India in Bengaluru. The event, held from September 16–18, highlights the growing semiconductor ecosystem in India.

DB HiTek, a South Korean pure-play foundry, plans to present its power semiconductor process technologies, including BCD, SiC, and GaN. The company aims to engage with local fabless firms to support the expanding demand for foundry services in the automotive and industrial sectors.

ROHM will demonstrate application-focused solutions for mobility and industrial systems. Their exhibits include a three-wheeled electric vehicle concept, reference designs for AI server power supplies, and power conversion solutions for EV chargers and PV inverters.
