Institutional investors adjust holdings in Palantir, Verizon, and other major firms

Various institutional investors have recently adjusted their equity positions across several major corporations according to recent SEC filings.

In the technology and semiconductor sectors, Palantir Technologies has seen significant interest following a blowout earnings report featuring 93% year-over-year growth. Meanwhile, Mirae Asset Global Investments increased its stake in Qorvo, Inc. by 11.1% in the second quarter. D-Wave Quantum Inc. saw a 23.6% increase in holdings from Handelsbanken Fonder AB, and Y Intercept Hong Kong Ltd established a new position in Qualcomm Incorporated valued at approximately $28 million.

In other sectors, Leonteq Securities AG increased its position in Verizon Communications Inc. by 67.8% during the second quarter. Conversely, Wealthcare Advisory Partners LLC significantly reduced its exposure to The Progressive Corporation, lowering its position by 85.5% during the same period.
