Industry leaders highlighted the shift toward advanced packaging, such as Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) and 3D IC, to meet the high-bandwidth and thermal management demands of AI and high-performance computing. Companies like Kyocera, K&S, and Qnity showcased innovations in ceramic packaging, hybrid bonding, and integrated materials to support these complex architectures.

Technological advancements were also a central theme, with ITRI demonstrating new 3D topography detection and enhanced ALD coating speeds.
